Everything here is very superb. Maintenance requests handled like Jimmy John’s delivery drivers :-) that quick !! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Abby and Landon are wonderful! Not to mention, the pool area is awesome! Real resort style! And the lights at night are even better. Temperature controlled garages are great for winter and summer months. You would not have 1 regret living here!

Great amenities, nice people, fun location. Has what I was looking for when looking for an apartment. I've enjoyed my time at 44 Washington and pleased with the management. Would recommend renting here.

44 Washington is a sleek, modern apartment community perfectly located to enjoy all of Kansas Cities amenities. The concierges are always super friendly and willing to help, support and guide as needed. The amenities of the complex are a big draw for me. I just love living here.
